Starting the Game

Click the blue-and-white Play button in the center of the welcome screen to open the level select screen.
Only the first level is available at the start. Beat a level to unlock the next one.
Your web browser automatically saves your progress.
The bottom of the welcome screen shows how many levels you have unlocked.
TThe Settings button lets you reset your game progress anytime.

Gameplay

Levels

Impulse Ball has 45 sequential levels. Beat one to unlock the next.
You can replay any level you’ve already completed.
Each level starts with 10 impulses. Running out ends the level.
The game offers unlimited continues, restarting you on the same level with 10 impulses.

Strategy Tips

Straight shots: Shoot down the middle for long distances.
Curved shots: Bounce off walls to angle the ball where you want it to go.
Narrow passages: Approach slowly by setting impulses farther from the ball or bouncing it off parallel walls.

Hitting Obstacles

Obstacles may deflect the ball but won’t break it.
Plan shots to bounce off obstacles intentionally when necessary.

When to Hit?

Usually, hit the ball after it stops.
Sometimes, hitting while it’s moving helps adjust direction.
Watch out for screen zooms, which can affect your aim mid-shot.

Unlike some golf games, hitting the hole hard won’t make the ball roll out.

Early in a level: Low cost of restart, so aim for strong, high-risk shots.
